The author has fascinating tales to tell and relates them to the 'Chancer'. Born in Aberdeen and buried in Macduff the self-styled Doctor' Walford Bodie was a showman, hypnotist and illusionist who's stage shows revolved around dramatic displays of the then seeming magic powers of electricity which earned him the title of Electrical Wizard of the North.
