Square 8vo, card covers, 40pp., b/w illustrations. First edition, with a 14" x 6" pencil and watercolor portrait of mother and child by Gross laid in; signed and dated (1958) by Gross at the foot. The portrait has a clean horizontal fold 4 1/2" from the foot, allowing it to rest at the front of the catalogue without overlap. From the library/collection of Judi and Kalman Noselon.
