Large 8vo, pp.vii, 679 pages. Plates, plans & figures in the text. A good plus hardback, publisher's original red cloth binding with gold gilt lettering to the spine and front cover. Internally excellent and well bound - really only mild age/shelf wear externally, but we downgraded from VG as all over sellers are giving low condition descriptors for their copies. And anyway, our price is much lower than theirs (for the 1st Edition).
