With two photographic plates. First separate edition. Association copy, inscribed by the author to Bernát Heller. In publisher’s printed wrappers. pp. 361–384, and 2 plates. An association copy of Géza Róheim paper on the Hungarian folk custom, inscribed to Bernát Heller (1871–1942) the Hungarian folklorist and orientalist. Géza Róheim (1891–1953) was a Hungarian psychoanalyst and anthropologist, founder of the field of psychoanalytic anthropology, best known for his anthropological writings about Arrernte and Pitjantjatjara people he published after his expedition to central Australia in the late 1920s. . Folded. Small damage to the tail of the spine. Front cover bumped at lower right corner. A small tear to the front panel at lower right edge. Panels slightly sunned. Overall in very good condition. In publisher’s printed wrappers First separate edition. Association copy, inscribed by the author to Bernát Heller.
