Lond., Swan Sonnenschein & Co., 1901; Seventh edition, May 1901. On spine: International Library. 22,5x14 cm. Hardcover, darkred cloth, giltlettered spine (very sl.wear). Xxxi, 816 pp., translated from the Third German edition, by Samuel Moore and Edward Aveling and edited by Frederick Engels; first volume of Marx' major work, with his preface to the first and second edition (1867 and 1873), and editor's preface of 1886. This edition is the 7th edition of the first UK edition of 1887 by Sonnenschein in 2 seperate volumes. A little foxing, but else good, scarce.
