4to., 58 pp., complete with 8 hand-pulled photogravures, and 2 halftone reproductions, (20) pp. adverts. Case-bound in blue buckram with a leather spine label, titled in gilt. Although lacking the printed wrappers, this issue was not trimmed and the text leaves are unopened. The photogravure plates are fine. Light soiling along the exposed lower edge, which was issued untrimmed. A very good copy. There are 5 photogravures by Clarence H. White, 1 by Edward Steichen, and 2 by Eva Watson-Schultze; there are also high quality 2 halftones by Watson-Schultze.
