Bound in brown cloth, with black title lettering to front board and spine, this 1911 First Edition is close VG. X1/800pp with Preface, 8 Chapters, Acts of Parliament affecting Building 1835 to 1910, By-laws & regulations relating to County and City of London and Index Size is 10" x 7" and 2 and half inches thick. Odd stains to FFEP, and one inch split to top of spine (nothing missing), slight wear to top/tail of spine and small ink stain to front board: otherwise sound binding and all VG.
