HC 1st edition, Snugly bound and fresh in dark blue cloth with titles brightly in gilt; a b&w photo on paper mounted to cover board. Inscribed on the front flyleaf, along with a signed pen and ink drawings of a bucking horse; dated Dwc 11, 1923 at Lancaster PA, where the explorer lectured before the Lancaster Travel Club. Folded one sheet with announcement of the lecture. Carbon copy of Furlong's text describing himself and his lecture subject for use in promotional materials issued by the Club. Over 50 b&w photos om glossy stock. Trace crimping to cloth at spine ends. NF. Seller Inventory # 47913
