, [4, illustrated frontispiece, Title, To the Reader, Advertisement] then 1-312 pages Exposition of the Creed 313-378 Exposition of the Lords Prayer 379-435 Exposition of the Decalogue [1] 437-459 Doctrine of the Sacraments, A4,B8-Gg8, Barrow was the late Master of Trinity College Cambridge First Edition , owner inscribed on the front paste down and top fore-edge corner of the title page, back free-end paper has been stuck to the last page at some point, corners along with the head and tail of the spine are chipped, the cover is scuffed, front and back hinges have split but holding, water stains to the front 2 gatherings and from X to the back paste down, faint marks elsewhere but clear of foxing and shading and it appears to be the original binding, the book is in good condition , bound in calf with blind stamping to the boards, 5 raised bands and gilt ruling to the spine Octavo 19.5 x 12cm Hardback ISBN.
