Previous owner gift inscription dated 1922. Hinge to mesh at title page. Wonderful black and white frontispiece illustration. Text is overall clean and bright, the occasional thumb smudge. DJ matches boards, rubbing to all edges, small chips and tears to edges and small loss to both head and heel of spine, small tear at head of rear jacket neatly repaired on reverse, light general soil.
