Seller: The Petersfield Bookshop, ABA, ILAB, Petersfield, Hampshire, United Kingdom
Hardcover. Condition: Fair. George Sheringham (illustrator). First Edition. It is the illustrations in this book which make it stand out. Beautifully reproduced colour plates by Sheringham and very striking black & white work in the text as well. This copy is a little tired with bumped corners and a darkened spine. There is heavy foxing on the title page which only slightly offsets onto the colour frontispiece, elsewhere in the book the foxing is very minimal and doesn't effect the colour plates. Size: Quarto. Illustrator: George Sheringham. Quantity Available: 1. Shipped Weight: Under 1 kilo. Category: Fishing & Hunting; Inventory No: 75198.
