1st printing, Good to very good rubbed to corners and some repaired damage to top of spine, a few external marks and spine faded. Internally, front end paper missing, previous owners name to reverse of frontispiece otherwise clean. A fascinating and comprehensive study of the science and practice of operating a Dairy in the late 19th century, Fleischmann was recognised as one of the World's leading authorities on the subject. The book is packed with illustrations and diagrams to the text.
