John Grant is an award-winning author of many nonfiction books on film, art and fantasy, as well as a number of novels. He was co-editor with John Clute of the standard reference workThe Encyclopedia of Fantasy, author of all three editions of The Encyclopedia of Walt Disney's Animated Characters, and co-author ofThe Chesley Awards: A Retrospective.
