Book is tight, square, and unmarked but for a F/O name and address on the FFFP/person was a prominent football coach at Winfield High School 1950s to 1980s. Book Condition: Fair; boards show considerable biopredation to edges, head, and tail. No DJ. Gray cloth boards and spine with black and gold lettering on the spine and front board. Clean internals. Inner hinges are sound and not split. 344 pp 8vo. Bobby Dodd was an outstanding football player for the University of Tennessee (1928-1930). After he graduated, he eventually became the head coach of the Georgia Institute of Technology, better known as Georgia Tech. Dodd led the Yellow Jackets to a national championship in 1954, and many of his coaching techniques are still in use today. This book is full of photographs and Xs and Os diagrams that support his winning ways at Georgia Tech. He gives advice on everything from the psychology of football to purchasing uniforms.
