In original pale blue cloth, stamped and lettered in dark blue. Octavo - 276 pp. Cream endpapers. Previous owner signature "R. L. Watkins / Cleveland / 1924" to the front free endpaper. A very solid and attractive copy of this title. Published in England as "Dr. Thorndyke's Case-Book." The dust jacket has a very small chip at the bottom of the front panel and another at the bottom right front corner. Shallow closed tear to the rear panel. The spine is slightly faded.
