Pictures
All images in my listings show the actual book being sold. Just after a listing is uploaded, ABE may show a "stock image". Stock images are often incorrect
Images showing Contents pages are optimised for clarity and are not a reliable guide to page size or condition.
Pagination
Paginations (page counts) in my listings show the number of pages actually in the book rather than the last printed page number.
ISBN Numbers
ISBN numbers are not a reliable way of identifying books, beyond author, title and publisher. Books published before 1971 do not have ISBN numbers at all. ISBN numbers in my listings show the number actually printed in the book or dust-jacket.
Terms of sale
- No quibble returns - buyer to pay return postage (unless I have been at fault)
- I am not responsible for stock images or content under the heading "Synopsis", which is created by ABE from various sources, often helpful, sometimes inaccurate, occasionally downright misleading.
