Hardcover. Condition: Very Good with no dust jacket. This is an ex-university library copy with label removed and typical (though few) internal stamps. NOT stamped on page edges. "Although the idea of a bibliography was not received by the author with enthusiasm, it was not forbidden, and the book was compiled during the next eighteen months. Since the death of Bartholomew I had been in a privileged situation. I had inherited his collection of Sassoon's early work, even including one of the three surviving copies of Sonnets an Verses, and had a part in designing most of the volumes of poetry printed after 1933. It seemed, therefore, that no one was more likely than I to be in a position to complete a comprehensive bibliography. My attempt has been greatly helped by the author's collaboration as well as by the many details of his experiences as a writer given in this autobiographical volumes." Very clean and nice. 199 pages, Part of the Soho Bibliographies series. ; Ex Library; 5 3/4 x 8 3/4 ". Seller Inventory # 45733
