Baton Rouge, LA: Louisiana State University Press, 1969. First paperback edition. Includes appendix containing sixty-eight additional writers of the colonial South, by J.A. Leo Lemay. Octavo, wraps, 368 numbered pages, but the last 17 of those are blank (intended, presumably, for user notes). Very Good.
