Poster. One sheet. Double sided. (27.5 cm. x 42 cm.) Coated Paper. Photo reproduced images. Fold creases. Small amount of dampstaining to bottom edge not affecting image or text. Small pinhole to the top edge. Very Good. Chronicler of the Los Angeles music scene, Chris Amouroux, published fanzines and photographed some of the most important and iconic bands of the 1980s Punk, Goth and Glam scene. This poster, with photography by Amouroux, was featured as a pullout in an issue of her fanzine, "Beyond the Blackout" which was first published in 1984. "Beyond the Blackout" included black and white photos and interviews with members of trending bands like "The Cramps", "Sisters of Mercy" and "Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds" who were still relatively unknown and were opening for bigger named bands in the hip underground clubs of L.A. This double-sided poster is just one example of Amouroux's groundbreaking work. Featuring a full length photo of Goth/Punk-Goddess, Dinah Cancer of "45 Grave" and on the verso, Glam-Band, "L.A. Guns" in four (4) single panels. Images in black and white although Amouroux took the original photos in color. In 2016, the Lethal Amounts gallery, exhibited Chris Amouroux's incredible, original color prints. Unsurprisingly, posters from a fanzine from this era are quite scarce. Seller Inventory # 169
