208pp. This is one of the series of 'The Daily Telegraph War Books'. It appears to be quite rare commanding a higher than expected price. The price quoted here reflects the book only being in a 'Fair' condition. However, itg is complete, no missing or loose pages, no foxing or tanning. There is a small amount of damage to the head of the spine, and the covers have some marking. See scans. This tells the story of the Battles of the Marne, subsequent books tended to be called by the River's name, this, I believe was the first, written and printed shortly after the famous battles. It has neither pictures nor maps but relies on the written word. All my books are scanned or photographed so you can see what you are buying, also, my pricing includes UK postage, packing and tracking cost. Additional cost for overseas postage.
