The booklet has been folded lengthwise, small splash stain lower cover. "July 12, 1975" is written in ink on Introduction page with other notations at the bottom of the page. Laid in is a four-page flyer advertising the school, with a location map and excerpts from McAndrew's book 'Basic Principles & Practice of Golf'. Covers protected in mylar. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
