If your book order is heavy or oversized, or you wish it to be sent by a premium service, we may contact you to let you know extra payment is required. All books are insured in transit. Premium services are not generally recommended as they significantly increase the cost of postage, offer limited tracking, generally do not offer compensation and can lead to delays in the order being despatched.
