A bright green cloth bound book with silver lettering. The dust jacket is orange with black lettering and shows woman's silhouette against a white ground. This is a book for the serious student of dance, being very thorough in its coverage of ballet physique, and the prevention and cure of injuries. Subjects discussed include 'Proportions of the body, limbs, feet, posture, flexibility, bow-legs and knock-knees, plus injury to the feet, knees, thigh, hip and back, Photographs and diagrams illustrate the text. Condition: The book is excellent condition. The boards are unmarked and shows very little wear. The end papers are a little spotted with age. The contents are a very little thumbed but absolutely clean. The jacket, has a crease on the front and shows a little evidence of age.
