Front cover has faint vertical creases down the middle, front top corner and spine creased, very lightly rubbed along edges, small (1/16 inch) scrape on rear, thumb marks on last two pages, else very good plus. DJ chipped and torn along top and bottom edges - overall, good. Protected in mylar.
