First edition by this publisher, stated Special Edition. Octavo. 266pp. Illustrated with 31 plates, including frontispiece photograph of S.S. McClure. Deep red cloth stamped in gilt. Ghost written by Willa Cather. Spine is slightly faded else a near fine copy, with binding tight, text fresh and clean (issued without dust jacket). An elusive edition with this imprint. The text was written entirely by Willa Cather.
