Illustrated with 23 full page action photographs. 161 pages plus 16 page catalogue. Joshua Taylor was five-time Open Champion J. H. Taylor's brother, a good player but a better instructor. There is one chapter by J. H. on the evolution of the bunker, also a chapter on green keeping. Eps lightly toned from pastedown offset else a bright clean copy. No former owner name or bookplate, no notations, underlining, foxing, marginalia, soiling, creases, tears, etc. Very uncommon in this condition. Covers protected in mylar.
