A small quarto measuring 11" tall by 8 1/2" deep overall containing 157 pages of text and illustrations.

Delivery within the US: $10.00 for Priority delivery for 1st book $5.00 for each book thereafter. $4.00 for Book Rate (Media Mail) for the first book and $2.00 for each additional book.
Canadian or Overseas Deliveries will be at cost. Connecticut residents please add 6.35% state sales tax.
