Unfortunately, all of his books and manuscript materials were destroyed by the bombing that occurred during the German invasion of Poland later that year. In 1949, he revisited the topic in a series of lectures delivered at the University of Dublin culminating in the present book. The book is a fascinating exploration of Aristotle's logic through the lens of modern mathematical logic and is still frequently cited in scholarly work on Aristotle.
