Shinya Fujiwara, a Japanese writer and photographer crossed America over a period of 7 months. In order to embody the American car culture, we rented a large motorhome, and photographed a multifaceted United States such as magnificent horizons, desolate landscapes, urban streets and more - a photographic road trip - a more contemporary Robert Frank. At the end of the book is also recorded a unique interview by the author in the form of self-question self-answer (in Japanese). It is one of the masterpieces of photo essays - - - - - - - - This 1990 first edition, first printing (notable by the black lettering on the obi - later printings had a different colour text) is in Near Fine condition with a Near Fine obi - both now neatly covered in a Mylar cover for protection.
