First edition. Softcover. Essentially an anthology of sorts that looks at a wide swath of Americans, some well known: actress Bo Derek, author Studs Terkel, publisher Barney Rossett, actor Danny Trejo and lesser known people like textile designer and painter Kaffe Fassett, "high desert heiress" Mabel Dodge Luhan, and several others. Also includes a poem by Frank O'Hara. A fine copy in wrappers in a fine illustrated slipcase. As new and still in the publisher's shrinkwrap.
