True first British printing with original unclipped jacket (6/-). Jacket has faults - namely edge/shelf wear, creasing/rubbing to edges, patchy loss (including to spine), numerous marks, numerous tears, old tape repairs/reinforcements to reverse (white side), pushing/rubbing to head/tail of spine, pushing/bumping to corners, patchy browning (including to spine), minor foxing, rubbing to edges, creasing/rubbing/browning/few marks to front/back inner flaps, a little patchy fading, few scratches, is a little fragile and is in generally poor condition. Boards are good (having been generally well protected by the jacket) with a little pushing/bumping to corners (especially front lower corner), a little loss/small splits and fraying to the cloth to head of spine, a few small marks, browning to spine, a little patchy rubbing to edges, the odd small bump, and a little wear (pushing/rubbing/little fraying to the cloth) to tail of spine. Some spine lean. Pages are generally clean and the binding is tight. Rough cut page bottoms have a few small scratches/spots of foxing. Pages are tanned. Previous owners name and address in pen to front end-paper. Odd small marks/spots of foxing to page edges and tops. Inside boards/end-papers tanned with the odd small mark/mild foxing. Occasional small marks/scattered foxing to pages. Light creases to a few pages. No other faults. All books described honestly and accurately. Paypal accepted.
