Trade paperback, near fine in wraps. In French. "African and Islam are partners of long standing, since preaching of al Quran. It is not possible to understand the relationship today without those yesterday: a faith that animated the early craftsmen of African Unity, the nomads of trade distance and builders of empires. Constantly renewed tensions between cultural authenticity and purity of religion, between animism and monotheism, which have made the lives of communities. Amid the challenges of the future, these communities move more than ever." Scarce title.
