Title page is illustrated within the same color themes with a corresponding frontispiece of a Peter Pig scene. Heavily illustrated throughout with thematic cartoon scenes of Peter Pig and his friends in matching orange, gray and black colors. Contents of this edition include: Introduction; Peter Pig Discovers Things; Peter Pig Takes a Prancing Lesson; Peter Pig Meets a Ghost; Peter Discovers a Christmas Chimney Is Just As Big As A Christmas Heart; Petr Introduces His Sister To A Whiffopotomus; Katie Kitten Gets A New Bell and Peter Pig A New Neighbor; Peter Pig Makes a Monkey Of Himself; and Home Sweet Home. The last page invites the reader to 'Make a Peter Pig Album', of their very own. CONDITION: In fair condition, it is evident that this book was dearly loved, and is quite worn. The backstrip is missing from the spine, and the binding is loose, yet boards are still present and affixed with tape. A faint backwards D is written on the cover. Leaves have toned, yet are still quite readable with care, and the illustrations are absolutely delightful. A previous owner's name is written in ink on the front fly title page, yet the rest of the textblock is free from marginalia or writing.
