VG. Wetherell was first a ship's carpenter and then was impressed into the Royal Navy on the HMS Hussar which went aground in France where he was captured and became a prisoner of war. Forester used Wetherell's diary to report his life. Rust colored cloth with ship design and title square in brown with gilt lettering. Illustrated by Illus. 1st ed.
