Jackson in a volume published in Oldham, the fulcrum of their lives in Lancashire. Edited by James Dronsfield with biography of Ben Brierley to introduction. Ribbed green cloth with gilt titles to spine illustrated title page by Edgar Wood. Illustrated by F. W. Jackson. Black and white frontis portrait photograph with tissue guard and three further illustrated plates to volume I. Frontis and two further illustrated plates each to volumes II and III. Gilt to top edge. An interesting piece of Oldham local history. Cloth is generally clean but with occasional faint mark and spots of wear to spine ends and and corners. Faint stain to page margins of the third volume for a few pages. Binding is sound. Text is clean. Good+ set. Seller Inventory # 20356
