VG book, likely issued w/o DJ. Blue cloth with gilt lettered & decorated front cover & spine. 1st ed. 11"x8". 235pp. Blue cloth. No bumping. Perfectly square tips & flat spine ends but cover with many short, light scratches; more so on rear board. Tight binding. Internally FINE including pastedowns & all three text block edges. Book has its first frontis in the coventional place. The intro's first leaf is labelled "FRONTISPIECE II". On its verso is the books only color print "NEW YORK". There are 118 full page b/w prints.
