Kate Greenaway. First Edition. [24] pages. 4 x 3 inches. Original cream coloured glazed pictorial boards. Yellow cloth spine and turquoise endpapers. Page edges tinted yellow. Spine worn with insect damage and soiling. Covers with some loss to glazing but generally presentable although lightly soiled. Occasional penciled scribbles internally. Front hinge cracked top half, rear hinge sound. Nice Paris bookseller ticket of Librairie Galignani (Engl. & Americ Books) on front pastedown. Boards. Engraved and printed by Edmund Evans.
