1st Printing of the 1966 Angus and Robertson 1st Australian Edition. Book is straight, square, securely bound and, except for signature and date inked to top and prior Bookshop sticker glued to bottom of ffep, free of any other markings or blemishes.Cover has sharp corners, fading / spotting along turn-ins and at top of front board near joint, gently bumped headcap and tail, and crisply legible, clearly distinct gilt stamped lettering. Dust Jacket is unclipped (still showing original AUD $3.75 price) and age toned, with gently rubbed corners, mild chipping along the head and tail, and at the rear top edge and joint, rubbing along the hinges and fading to the spine and edges.
