Rothwell a parcel in Cranberry Township, Butler County, adjacent to the lands of George Carroll, bounded by a white oak, a Quaking Ash, and a Black Jack, for the sum of $425, &c., &c. Dated 7 October 1845. Signed by both Carrolls and by Rothwell, and notarized by Oren Baldwin. Light staining; archival repairs to several folds on verso.
