Cancellation Policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

• on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered together;

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
  You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online using the appropriately labelled button ("Withdraw from Contract" or a similar designation) on the AbeBooks/ZVAB website. If you use this online function, you will promptly receive an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email), containing information about the content of your withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time it was received.
  To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
  Effects of Withdrawal
  If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
  We shall make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
  We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
  You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired.
  You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
  You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way that is not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
  Exclusions and Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
  The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
• for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is essential for their manufacture, or which are clearly personalised to meet the consumer's specific needs;
• for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the contract, but which cannot be delivered until at least 30 days after the conclusion of the contract, and whose actual value depends on market fluctuations beyond the trader's control;
• for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.
  The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts:
• for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
• for the supply of goods which, after delivery, have become inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;
• for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging if the seal has been removed after delivery.
