Lieferbedingungen Das Angebot ist freibleibend. Die angebotenen Bücher und Zeitschriften sind, wenn nicht anders vermerkt, dem Alter und branchenüblichen Standard entsprechend gut erhalten. Kleinere Mängel sind bei der Preisgestaltung berücksichtigt, aber nicht immer erwähnt. Bestellte Titel, die nicht mehr lieferbar sind, werden von uns unverbindlich für Sie vorgemerkt. Ansichtssendungen sind in Ausnahmefällen möglich. Telefonische Auskünfte sind stets unverbindlich. Die angegebenen Preise verstehen sich in Euro inklusive Mehrwertsteuer, zuzüglich Verpackungs- u. Versandkosten. Die bestellte Ware bleibt bis zur endgültigen Bezahlung Eigentum der Zentralantiquariat Leipzig GmbH. Erfüllungsort und Gerichtsstand ist Leipzig. Die Versendung der Ware erfolgt gegen Rechnung, bei Neukunden behalten wir uns Vorausrechnung vor. Weiter besteht die Möglichkeit der Zahlung per Kreditkarte (Visa, Master Card). Wir erheben, verarbeiten und nutzen die personenbezogenen Daten unserer Kunden lediglich zum Zwecke der ordnungsgemäßen Vertragsdurchführung. Unsere Rechnungen sind 14 Tage nach Erhalt fällig. Ausländische Kunden werden gebeten, den Rechnungsbetrag in Euro spesenfrei für uns auf eines unserer Konten zu überweisen. Des weiteren besteht die Möglichkeit der Zahlung per Paypal. Wir versenden via Deutsche Post, DHL oder FedEx. Die Versandkosten werden durch uns für jede Lieferung individuell angepasst. Sollte der von Ihnen bei Bestellung ausgewählte Betrag nicht ausreichend sein, informieren wir Sie vorab per Email über die tatsächlichen Versandkosten. Selbstverständlich wählen wir die sicherste, schnellste und kostengünstigste Versandart. Bei Lieferung außerhalb Deutschlands gibt der Kunde mit Bestellung sein Einverständnis für die Weitergabe seiner Email-Adresse an das Transportunternehmen zum Zwecke der Versand- und Statusbenachrichtigung (gemäß Art. 4 Nr. 11 DSGVO). Falls eine Paket- bzw. Warenpost-Ankündigung innerhalb Deutschlands gewünscht ist, ist die Weitergabe der Empfänger-Email-Adresse ebenfalls erforderlich. Hierzu genügt eine kurze Information an uns bei Ihrer Bestellung. Bei Büchersendungen bzw. Päckchen ist dieser Service leider nicht verfügbar. Bei Veröffentlichungen der NS-Zeit verpflichtet sich der Kunde, diese nur für historisch-wissenschaftliche Sammelzwecke zu erwerben. Sie sind in keiner Weise propagandistisch, insbesondere im Sinne § 86a StGB zu benutzen. Mit einer Bestellung werden diese Lieferbedingungen anerkannt. Terms of delivery Offers are non-binding. Unless otherwise stated, books and magazines offered are to a corresponding standard as per their age and standard customary in the trade. Minor faults have been taken into account when setting the price and may not always be mentioned. Ordered titles who are no longer available will be reserved without obligation. In acceptional case consignments on approval are possible. Informations by telephone are always non-binding. The prices quoted are expressed in Euro including value-added tax and excluding the costs for packaging and shipping. Until full payment is received the ordered goods remain the property of Zentralantiquariat Leipzig GmbH. Place of fulfillment and legal forum for both parties is Leipzig. The goods shall be sent against invoice, we reserve the right to require payment in advance in the case of new customers. Payment may also be rendered by credit card (Visa, Master Card). We collect, process and use personal data only for the purpose of proper performance. Our invoices are due upon receipt within 14 days. Furthermore, there is the possibility of payment via Paypal. We ship via Deutsche Post, DHL or FedEx. The shipping costs are adjusted individually for each delivery. If the amount you select when ordering is not sufficient, we will inform you in advance by email about the actual shipping costs. Of course, we choose the safest, fastest and cheapest shipping method. In the case of delivery outside Germany, the customer gives his consent with the order for his email address to be passed on to the transport company for the purpose of shipment and status notification (in accordance with Art. 4 No. 11 DSGVO). If a parcel or goods post notification is desired within Germany, the forwarding of the recipient's email address is also required. For this purpose, it is sufficient to inform us briefly when placing your order. Unfortunately, this service is not available for book shipments or small parcels. The customer commits himself to purchase publications from the NS-period only for historical/scientifical collections. In no way they are to use for propaganda, especially according to § 86a StGB. Terms of delivery are recognized by placing the order.

If you are a consumer you can withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following. Consumer means any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession.

Information regarding the right of withdrawal

Statutory right to withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to Zentralantiquariat Leipzig GmbH, Leipzig, Germany, +49 0341216170, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

1. The delivery of newspapers, journals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts; and
2. The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) if you accepted when you placed your order that we could start to deliver it, and that you could not withdraw once delivery had started.

Die Versandkostenpauschalen basieren auf Sendungen mit einem durchschnittlichen Gewicht. Falls das von Ihnen bestellte Buch besonders schwer oder sperrig sein sollte, werden wir Sie informieren, falls zusätzliche Versandkosten anfallen.
