On one level, Nowhere Men is an expansive sci-fi drama that encompasses everything from cybernetics to genetic transformation and superpowers, but on the other, it’s an exploration of the love-hate relationship we have with pop idols in a complex, larger than life world based on mid-20th century futurism. An science-fiction story set in the sleek, mid-century modern world of Mad Men and perfect for fans of Chernobyl and Oppenheimer.
