Neuware - Inspired by the growing epidemic of rising obesity levels and type II diabetes in children, Tracy Hauseman was convinced to write an entertaining, yet educational book for children about the nutritional purpose of food. Look What I'm Eating teaches children, through rhyme, that food is used to fuel and nourish our bodies. Learning to make healthy food choices at an early age will likely help to develop healthy eating habits that will stick with children through life. Look What I'm Eating makes learning about good nutrition as much fun as eating good food.
