Writer hated taking medicines because they all had side effects more than the relief . Writer was practicing yoga from his very childhood but left practicing when he went to study in college. He started following yoga and started studying medical science too comparing both. He started studying lives of ancient Indian Yogis who had attained immortality practicing yoga. Writer found a book written by an ancient yogi named Acharya Patanjali written 5000 years back named HATH YOGA PRADIPIKA and tried to follow it because it was based on the personal interview and discussions with some of the immortal yogis present at that time. My book also has an English version of the book HATH YOGA PRADIPIKA. This is an amazing book on yoga and was the first time disclosure of several immortal yogis on human yogic science. I was so amazed that I started practicing it and also researching its contents comparing with recent medical and other human sciences researches. Surprisingly I found each and every statement of the yogis to be true. All of my ailments after stroke were steadily cured and I also found that my aging was stopped in six years of practice. Study of medical science gave me more and more confidence when I saw that yogis in those days knew about the cellular transformation and their differentiation. I was very much surprised to learn that what doctors and researchers are finding now after spending a lot of money and time, yogis did it from their very personal experience, moving verbally their experiences from one to another those days. I started studying senescence and found that Dr, Carrol was awarded NOBEL PRIZE for keeping chicken heart cells alive for 20 years and also said that this can be true with human too in case they follow the same path what he did in the case of the chicken heart. Cleaning the liquid in side the body, supply oxygen and protein to cells and give cells calm atmosphere to develop and transform. About the Author

Writer Dwarika Singh, graduated in Science from Patna Science College, Bihar. India and acquired bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from Bihar College of Engineering, Patna, Bihar, India. After working for ten years in India as administrator he came to USA in the year in the year 1974. He worked in US at different places and finally retired from City of New York as a Mechanical Engineer. Although writer was practicing yoga from childhood, he left practicing it after he became busy and had to fulfill his family responsibilities. Almost 8 years back, writer had stroke in India, consulted some doctors there and got treated with several doctors in US with no results. He then decided to go for practicing yoga. He cured all of his ailments, severe mental disease like lost memory, very high cholesterol, high blood pressure, left hand, foot and side affected so much that he was not able to walk and run and felt like partially paralyzed, blurred speech and unclear vision etc. He also cured his weight problem, fully cleared and cleaned his nervous system. The ailments which doctors said would not to be cured fully for the whole life, yoga cured all of them and now I have been able to practice immortality yoga and am practicing it for the last three years. The writer not only cured his diseases but also changed his thoughts from negative to positive. This is the reason he cured diseases fast and now has stopped his aging and proceeding towards immortality, although he is in his upper seventies. The above convincing facts led writer to believe that human can attain physical immortality. During yoga practice writer felt and realized that there was cell and neuron transformation in the body at every age, diseases can be cured at all ages and human can attain immortality at every age. If not how I cured all my diseases including nervous diseases by practicing yoga without consulting doctors.
