- Book 1 of 3: Mousai
¿Te atreves a escucharlas?
ENGLISH DESCRIPTION
A dark romantasy about a young woman who finds hope in her destructive powers.
The Thieves' Kingdom is a hidden place in the world of Aadlior. Many whisper about its existence, but few have ever found it. There, the mysterious Thief King rules with the help of the Mousai, a trio of revered and feared sorceresses.
Larkyra Bassette is the youngest of the Mousai, but when she sings, her voice can destroy monsters. When it's discovered that the Duke of Lachlan is extracting a drug from the Thieves' Kingdom and using it to abuse his power, Larkyra is offered her first solo mission to stop him. Eager to prove herself, she accepts--posing as the duke's potential bride.
Her plans grow complicated when she finds herself drawn to Lord Darius Mekenna, the heir to Lachlan's throne. She soon suspects Darius has his own reasons for wanting to rid Lachlan of the corrupt duke, but they must learn to trust each other if they hope to save the people of Lachlan--and themselves.
Welcome to the world of Aadlior, where anyone can be a killer or a thief, and the most seductive notes are often the deadliest. Dare to listen?
