About the Author: David Dorenbaum is a psychoanalyst and assistant professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Toronto. His most recent essays have appeared in Incarnations: the Photography of Janieta Eyre (Coach House Press, 2017) and Robert Polidori: Synchrony and Diachrony (Steidl, 2018). ??Brian Carter is Professor of Architecture at the University at Buffalo, The State University of New York. The author of award-winning books, he has curated exhibitions in Europe and North America on the work of Peter Rice, Albert Kahn, Eero Saarinen, and Aires Mateus. ??Barry Sampson is a founding partner of Toronto-based Baird Sampson Neuert Architects. A leading architecture practice renowned for its design of cultural properties, educational facilities, and public space, Baird Sampson Neuert has been widely recognized with numerous awards and published internationally. Barry Sampson is a Professor of Architecture at the University of Toronto.
