    Hardcover. Condition: Good. No Jacket. Study Edition. THE WORKS OF C. SUETONIUS' TRANQUILLUS OPERA: STUDY EDITION 1801 Good/NA 312pp 12mo. Leatherbound publisher boards with paper marbling have gilded and orange design with gilt titling on spine, and are heavily rubbed and bumped over extremities, as well as worn along surface. Boards are bowed outwards with singular small hole from insect burrowing going through 2/3rd into the textblock. Red dyed textblock edges are faded and soiled. Binding is strong with minimal cracking along cover hinges. Previous owner names on front pastedown, FFEP, and title page. Pencil notes inscribed in margins throughout, with lovely pencil drawing on FEP at back. Pages and print are age-toned but otherwise clear and clean. This book is in good condition and would make a lovely addition to any collection.
