A near fine copy that has sharp covers but has an owner's architect stamp on the inside cover and a seller's bookstore stamp. There is foxing on the endpapers and another owner stamp on the inside back cover. This book is hardcover boards wrapping a plastic spiral bound book. The DJ is complete with the $8.50 price point but has a chip on the upper corner near spine head. Some other cases of minor chipping. A wonderful book full of illustrations of window construction and the modern buildings they were used in. Book is in my possession and ships securely packed in a cardboard box.
