Corner-stapled, 14 x 22 in., 19 pp., printed on blue, yellow, and white paper, with the first page serving as a cover and printed on heavier stock and the final page blank. An oversize, one-shot magazine, lacking any editorial or publication details, though likely printed in Calais, Vermont. Contributors include Joe Brainard, Tom Clark, Kenward Elmslie, Ron Padgett, and James Schuyler. Though not stated, this copy is from the library of Ron Padgett. Minor rust stains on the back cover near the staples, and minor instances of foxing on the upper left-hand of the versos of the final four leaves, else near fine, with the expected center fold.

PB. Nineteen 14 x 22 inch white, yellow, and light blue sheets printed on one side only. A collection of poems similarly typset in the same font and most likely printed on a large letter press. These poems are by first and second generation New York School poets. Some soiling from inproper storage - evidence of staples at one time in lower right corner. Condition: Good. Sheaf of broadsides, on variously colored papers, printed with a title sheet and stapled at upper left corner. 14-1/4 x 22 inches. Rare publication by first and second generation New York School poets. Somewhat curled, perhaps from being stored rolled; the title sheet and the last sheet (blank) are slightly soiled, and the last sheet is torn at the right edge; the last sheet of the poem by Tom Clark, and the final sheet (blank) have come loose from the staple. There are several small stains on a couple of the broadsides themselves, but overall Very Good plus, with most of the broadsides being Near Fine.

Accompanied by an added title page on which contributor Ron Padgett has written an inscription in red marker, "Dear Mel, Here's a copy of [Wild Oats] for you. Would 'the library' be interested in the MSS for w.o. and/or a special signed ltd to 10 copies ed. with all pages on poster board? Also--are you interested in the orig. MSS for BEAN SPASMS--the 200 pg. book by me + Berrigan [and Brainard] published by Kulchur? Love, Ron Padgett." Previous bookseller lists the inscribee as the late collector and bibliographer Mel Edelstein. Signed.
