    Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. 'First and second printings before publication' stated on the cr page. 8vo in pale blue cloth, spine title in gilt. Thin strip of fading to the cloth across the top of both boards, spine ends pushed but not rubbed. The dustjacket is not price-clipped, long closed tear at the top of the front panel going through the D in the title, shallow chipping at the spine ends.
